Each of these providers handles your data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law (e.g., a valid subpoena) or to investigate fraud or abuse of our systems.
Phone numbers collected through our booking form or directly from you are used only to send transactional messages from RinseRight (and from our messaging vendor Twilio on our behalf). SMS consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We keep customer records (clients, jobs, invoices) for as long as you are a customer and for as long as required by tax law afterwards (typically 7 years). Per-category retention windows, deletion triggers, and disposal methods are detailed in our Data Retention and Disposal Policy. Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt) and never logged. Two-factor authentication is required for all employee accounts. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-compliant). Our employees only access data they need to do their job. Full details in our Information Security Policy.
If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, when appropriate, notify you by email or SMS.
