RinseRight Customer Notifications.
We send SMS notifications to customers and prospective customers who have requested a quote or booked a service with us. Messages include: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, quote links, invoice payment links, and post-job review requests.
You opt in by submitting our booking-request form at /book and agreeing to the disclosure shown above the submit button, or by verbally giving us your phone number during a phone consultation after we read the same disclosure to you. We do not import phone numbers from third-party lists.
Message frequency varies based on the services you request. A typical customer receives 3–6 messages per booked job (confirmation, reminder, any quote or invoice links, and a post-job review request) plus occasional messages tied to follow-up jobs you book with us.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. RinseRight does not charge you for SMS — any costs come from your carrier.
Reply STOP to any of our messages at any time to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages. To re-subscribe later, reply START or contact us through the channels below.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, and other major U.S. carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or SMS. Continued use of our SMS program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
